Erin Boyer

Ms. Erin Boyer joined uniQure as Chief People and Culture Officer in April 2022. She is responsible for leading their global Human Resources team, focused on continuing to make uniQure a great place to work and strengthening their efforts to retain and attract top talent. She is also involved in leading uniQure’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) efforts as they pursue sustainable and socially responsible practices.

Ms. Boyer brings to uniQure more than 20 years of Human Resources experience, including extensive leadership experience at biotech companies. She joined them from Epizyme in Cambridge, Mass., where she served as Chief People and Culture Officer since 2020. Before Epizyme, she served as VP of Human Resources at Obsidian Therapeutics, and before that spent five years at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals in roles of increasing responsibility, including Global Head of Talent Strategy and Planning.

Ms. Boyer holds a bachelor of arts degree in history from Macalester College.
