Akanksha Sinha

Akanksha Sinha is a seasoned professional in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) consulting with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as Director at Uniqus Consultech Inc. since June 2023, Akanksha previously held the position of Senior Manager at EY Global Services Limited and spent significant time at KPMG India, where a comprehensive ESG management system was developed under World Bank and Asian Development Bank guidelines. Akanksha has successfully led over 40 ESG due diligence projects across various sectors, conducted labor audits focused on human rights, and spearheaded ESG reporting and assurance engagements for leading Indian companies. Additional roles included sustainability data management at NextGen NSRCEL and project internships related to environmental research. Akanksha holds a Master of Technology in Environmental Science and Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
