David Neaves

David Neaves has a strong background in research and development in the manufacturing industry. David started their career as a Product Development Engineer at OMNOVA Solutions Inc. in 2007 and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a New Product Development Chemist at O'Sullivan Films/The Honschuch Group. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Research & Development at Uniroyal Global Engineered Products, Inc., where they have been working since 2017.

David Neaves earned a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University, completing their studies from 2004 to 2007.
