Ario Cocina

Ario Cocina is an Optical Systems Engineer currently working at UNISERS since March 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Associate at ETH Zurich from October 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed optical spectroscopy, the development of optical setups, and teaching assistance for quantum mechanics and process engineering courses. Earlier, Ario Cocina interned in the R&D department at Sensirion, focusing on liquid flow sensors and prototype fabrication. Ario Cocina holds a Doctor of Science in Optical Materials and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università di Catania.
