Currently serving as Group Head Of SHEQ at Uniserve Group, the largest privately owned freight forwarding and logistics provider in the UK, Chris manages a team responsible for the development and implementation of group strategies for health, safety, maintenance, and security. Previously, Chris held the position of Regional SHEQ Change Manager at Wincanton, contributing to diverse industry sectors, and spent a decade at Next, in roles that included Warehouse & Distribution Health & Safety Manager and Site Services Manager, providing expert guidance across multiple facilities throughout the UK.
