Craig Neame has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Craig began their career as a Claims Executive at TT Club Mutual Insurance Ltd in 1997. Craig then joined HFW in 1998 as an Associate Solicitor, where they advised clients on shipping, logistics, insurance disputes, as well as technology/IP, commercial contracts, and M&A projects. In 2002, Neame joined Bernard Group Plc as the Strategy Director & General Counsel, where they were responsible for strategic sales, product development, and marketing of supply chain solutions. Craig returned to HFW in 2004 and held various positions, including Partner, Deputy Head of Corporate, Projects & Finance Group, and Global Head of Shipping, Offshore & Logistics. In these roles, they managed a large team of lawyers and business service staff, led the firm's business development and client relationship management, and played a key role in the firm's strategy review and direction. Craig'smost recent position is Chief Investments & Legal Officer at Uniserve Group, which they assumed in 2021.
Craig Neame attended Canford School from 1984 to 1989. Craig then attended Lord Wandsworth College from 1982 to 1984. In 1989, they enrolled at UCL and obtained a BA(Hons) degree in Medieval & Modern History in 1992. Craig further pursued their education at the University of Oxford from 1992 to 1993, earning a Master's Degree in Byzantine History & Art. Craig later attended The University of Law from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained Postgraduate Diplomas in Law and Legal Practice.
