Jim Busakowski

Jim Busakowski has extensive experience in maintenance management, currently serving as the Manager of Maintenance and Facilities at Unison Comfort Technologies since July 2012, following a decade of service at Greenheck Fan Corporation in various supervisory roles. Notable achievements include implementing Maintenance Excellence initiatives and developing preventative maintenance schedules while proficient in Computer Managed Maintenance Systems. Jim's educational background includes a State Indentured Journeyman Millwright degree from North Central Technical Institute, along with language certifications in Slovene and Spanish. Jim's broad skill set encompasses maintenance planning, team leadership, and collaboration with engineering and corporate IT departments, as well as being a member of the Company Emergency Response Team.
