Jennifer Hunt is a seasoned Principal Applications Engineer at Unison Energy, overseeing energy assessments and efficiency improvements since January 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer accumulated extensive experience at FuelCell Energy from May 1988 to July 2013, holding positions from Lead Test Engineer to Manager of Advanced Projects, where responsibilities included the development of innovative fuel cell technologies and laboratory safety protocols. Earlier in Jennifer's career, experience included roles as an Assistant Chemical Engineer at the Institute of Gas Technology and a Research Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology Research Institute. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, earned between 1981 and 1986.

Unison Energy installs, owns, and operates microgrids for clients primarily in the MidAtlantic, Northeast and California. Unison implements packaged Combined Heat and Power (“CHP”) systems based on natural gas engines. Clients include industrial facilities, hospitals and other healthcare facilities, hotels, supermarkets, refrigerated distribution centers, and data centers. Typical system sizes are from 300kW to 40 MW. Unison owns and operates the systems and sells electricity to customers on a usage basis.
