Ben Luschek is a highly experienced engineer with a diverse background in aerospace and engineering design. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Unison Industries, a GE Aerospace Company, since April 2024, Ben has been with Unison Industries since 2002, initially as a Systems Design Engineer and later as an Advanced Lead Engineer, where notable projects included the LEAP-1B SACOC for the Boeing 737-MAX. Additional experience includes an Analytical Engineer role at Belcan Engineering, focusing on finite element analysis of gas turbine engine components, and a Software Localization Engineer position at SDRC, overseeing the translation of software interfaces. Ben holds a Bachelor of Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Miami University and an Associate Degree in the same field from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
