Carly French

Carly French is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR and Staff Learning at Unison since June 2019. In this role, Carly has successfully transformed the HR department into a high-performing team through strategic initiatives and confidence-building measures. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at Unite the Union from June 2008 to May 2019, where Carly provided comprehensive HR support on various issues and facilitated a significant job evaluation project that aligned two organizations into a single pay structure. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in HR Management from Acacia Learning and a BA in English and American Literature from the University of East Anglia.
