Oreleo Ducran

Oreleo DuCran has extensive experience in workforce development and education, currently serving as a Learning and Workforce Development Organiser and previously as a Learning and Development Specialist at Unison since April 2017. Prior roles include Union Support Officer for apprenticeships at TUC, where responsibilities included managing the SERTUC Apprenticeship Programme, and Analyst at the London Borough of Newham, focusing on data analysis to support crime reduction initiatives. Earlier positions include Skills for Life Coordinator and Emergency Controller with the London Borough of Newham, along with Community Football Coach roles at Fulham FC and Southend United Football Club. Oreleo DuCran holds a Level 5 Teaching Degree in Adult and Continuing Education from The Warwick University London and a Level 4 Qualification in Skills for Life from London South Bank University.
