Lucía Galache Matabuena has extensive work experience in information security and IT project management. Lucía has held the role of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in multiple companies, including Solvia Inmobiliaria, Grupo Unísono, and PeopleWare. Lucía has also worked as an IT Security & Business Continuity Director at Intrum. Additionally, they have experience as a Cyber Security Consultant and has worked as an Information Security and Data Privacy Lecturer. Lucía'scareer began as a Functional Analyst at Thales España, and they have also worked as an IT Project Manager at CCAIJO.

Lucía Galache Matabuena has a degree in Ingeniero Superior en Informática from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca and a degree in Ingeniero Técnico en Informática from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
