María Sola has been the Commercial and Marketing Director of the Unísono Group since 2018. María joined the Group in 2007 in the HR area. It is in 2014 when she develops her career in the commercial area as Director of Marketing and Commercial Intelligence and later as Director of Marketing and Loyalty.
She has a degree in Political Science and Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid. She holds a Master's degree in Quality Management (EOI) and Public Administration Management (UCM) and a Master's degree in HR Management and Organization (AEDE).
María has participated in projects such as the development of the Contact Center ISO Standard or the DISCATEL project, also forming part of the AEC Customer Experience Committee and participating with DEC in the development of the Customer Experience Strategy.
