Rob Frank

Rob Frank serves as the Chief Executive Officer EMEA at Unispace, bringing extensive expertise in growth, transformation, and profitability within the interiors, strategy, design, build, and furniture sectors. Previously, Rob acted as Customer Experience Director and part owner at BW: Workplace Experts, leading coaching and innovation within a £240m turnover business. In earlier roles at Morgan Sindall spanning from 2009 to 2016, Rob held positions as Managing Director of Morgan Sindall East and Director of Customer Experience, where responsibilities included business development and developing customer strategies for a £1 billion construction business. Earlier career achievements also include perfect delivery management roles at Morgan Sindall Fitout and Overbury, where Rob significantly improved customer satisfaction and repeat business through effective business improvement initiatives. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Knowledge from The Open University and degrees in civil engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and Durban University of Technology.
