Sky Kong

Sky Kong is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in architecture and project management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Designer and Project Architect at Unispace since July 2019. In this role, Sky is responsible for managing design and technical aspects of various design-build projects in prominent New York locations, contributing to significant Life & Science development initiatives. Prior to Unispace, Sky held positions at think! architecture and design pllc, Joe Ginsberg Design, Gensler, and Dan Bucsescu Architect, engaging in diverse projects ranging from residential and hospitality design to large-scale mixed-use developments. Sky's educational background includes a Master of Science in Interior Design from Pratt Institute and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University, complemented by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
