Tomer Ashtar

Tomer Ashtar has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 as Spokesman for the JCT Student Union. In 2016, they served as Vice Chairman of the JCT Student Union, Marketing Director of HAMSA vending machines and more, and PCB Design Intern for Talklet Technologies Ltd. In 2017, they were Co-founder & Hardware Engineer for Smarket. In 2018, they held positions as Electronics and Mechanical Engineer and Maker for Altria Israel, Ltd., and VLSI ASIC/FPGA Chip Design & Verification Intern for Verisense. Since 2019, they have been employed as Software Engineer and SW Tools Developer for Unispectral.

Tomer Ashtar has obtained a variety of educational experiences throughout their life. In 2018, they completed a training course in the fields of ASIC/FPGA Design & Verification at Verisense - Inomize. From 2013 to 2017, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lev Academic Center. From 2007 to 2016, they attended Hebron Yeshiva, Givat Mordechai, Jerusalem and obtained a Rabbi degree from the rabbinical college. From 2002 to 2007, they attended Yeshivat Aarav Amiel - HaYishuv, Tel aviv. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Learning Git and GitHub (2021), Programming Foundations: Object-Oriented Design (2019), and Python GUI Development with Tkinter (2019).
