Joe ASENCIO

Joe Asencio has had a varied career. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an actor for Les Enfants de la Mer. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Ouvrier Production for Chantier Naval Saint Marie. In 2019, they began working as a Space Software Engineer for Thales Alenia Space. In 2020, they were a Science Engineer for the SETI Institute, where they developed a proof of concept for a Planetary Defense Program. Since 2021, they have been a Project Manager and Science Engineer and Community Manager for Unistellar, where they have been developing different scientific programs and automating data processing. Joe has also been responsible for selecting asteroids to observe, leading scientific missions, processing observations, and sharing results in an attractive way.

Joe ASENCIO has an extensive educational history. Joe obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie aérospatiale et aéronautique from IPSA, école d'ingénieurs de l'air et de l'espace between 2015 and 2020. In 2018, they completed an exchange semester at Industrial Engineering, Chulalongkorn University. Joe also completed a DeFi Expert program at Alyra, l'école blockchain in 2022.
