Adam Bentley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Adam started their career at Open Telecommunications as a Project Coordinator, where they managed budgets and financial reports. Adam then became an IT Project Manager, overseeing the openCI 3.2.0 project. Following this, Adam worked at Hyro Technologies as an IT Project Manager, handling customer maintenance projects for various clients.
In 2007, Adam joined IBM Australia as an IT Project Manager, where they led multiple complex projects for Telstra's Customer Care and Billing environment. Adam also served as a Transition Program Manager and later as a Project Manager, responsible for delivering efficiencies and reviewing project schedules.
