Amanda Raffaele

Amanda Raffaele has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as an Enablement Lead at UniSuper since May 2010. In this role, Amanda acts as the primary representative for the Member & Advice business unit on key initiatives and change meetings, effectively communicating changes to teams and assisting leaders in embedding those changes. Previously, Amanda held the position of Transformation Lead, where the focus was on designing, implementing, and embedding the ‘Operations’ transformation strategy. Amanda also worked as a Workflow Consultant, specializing in analyzing and building efficient workflows, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring organizational readiness for change. Earlier in Amanda's career, a position was held as a Senior Business Support Consultant at CitiStreet from January 2007 to April 2010, starting as a Senior Plan Administrator.
