Lead, Marketing Automation Strategy & Delivery at UniSuper

Carlie Fountain's work experience begins in 2005 with The Great Australian Survey, where they started as an Account Manager and eventually became a Senior Account Manager. After 4 years, the company was sold and merged with 3di - data powered marketing. In 2009, they joined 3di as a Senior Account Manager until 2010. Carlie then took a break for a year to go backpacking overseas. In 2011, Carlie worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, where they assisted with e-communications and sales. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Australian Catholic Superannuation as a Marketing Campaign Coordinator and later became the Digital/Email Marketing Campaign Team Leader. Carlie was responsible for email marketing campaigns, marketing automation programs, and developing automation programs through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo. In 2022, Carlie joined UniSuper as the Retention Lead, Marketing, overseeing the development and implementation of the marketing retention plan. In 2023, they transitioned to the role of Lead, Marketing Automation Strategy & Delivery.

Carlie Fountain's education history is as follows:

Carlie Fountain attended City Beach High School from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a high school certificate. From 2000 to 2005, they studied Business at Edith Cowan University, specializing in E-Commerce and Marketing. In 2020, Carlie completed a SQL Course: Level 1 at the University of Sydney. The following year, in 2022, they pursued further education at Trailhead by Salesforce, specializing in Email Marketing/Automation and obtained a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist degree. Carlie also completed a SQL Course: Level 2a at the University of Sydney in the same year.
