Christopher Burrows

Christopher Burrows has a diverse work experience in the field of infrastructure and cloud engineering. Christopher joined UniSuper in June 2019 as an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering Lead in July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Interactive as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer from December 2018 to June 2019, and as a Cloud Tenant Services Engineer from February 2018 to November 2018. Before joining Interactive, they were employed at Data#3 as a Storage and Backup Engineer from July 2017 to February 2018. Christopher also worked at ASE - Cloud and Connectivity Specialists as a Storage Engineer from July 2016 to July 2017, and at NCSI as a Storage Engineer from July 2014 to July 2016. Christopher began their career at IBM as a Storage Administrator - Mainframe, where they worked from July 2010 to April 2014.

Christopher Burrows attended Mahendra Institutions from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology. Throughout their career, they obtained several certifications. In 2015, they became an EMC Certified Information Storage Associate (EMCISA v2) from EMC. In 2016, they earned the EMC Certified Storage Administrator (EMCSA) Storage Area Network (SAN) Specialist certificate from Dell EMC. Christopher continued to enhance their skills in cloud computing. In 2021, they achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification and later became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. The following year, they acquired the Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate certification. Lastly, in 2022, Christopher obtained the prestigious Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification from Microsoft.
