George Zahopoulos

George Zahopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. George is currently employed as the Data Services Manager at UniSuper, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, George worked as the Platform Engineering Manager at Colonial First State from May 2022 to May 2023. George also served as a Solutions Architect at Equipsuper from December 2021 to May 2022. From August 2019 to November 2021, George worked as a Technical Delivery Manager at HUB24 Limited. Before that, they held various positions at Colonial First State, including Scrum Master from October 2016 to July 2019, and Software Engineer from 2005 to October 2016. Earlier in their career, George worked as a Software Developer at ubeeTech from 2008 to 2010, Tabcorp from April 2008 to September 2008, Amdocs in 2005, Unisys Australia from December 2004 to 2005, and Adacel from 2001 to 2003.

George Zahopoulos completed their Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Melbourne, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in December 2020, "Certified SAFe® Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2020, and "Scrum Master Certified (SMC)" from AxisAgile in 2016.
