Jay K.

Jay K. began their work experience in 2008 at Mirae Asset Global Investments, where they worked as an OMS Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for the full life cycle of OMS software development and IT operations, including system monitoring, network support, batch monitoring, and operational support.

In 2012, Jay K. joined Computershare as a Developer, and later became a Development Team Lead. As a Team Lead, they were involved in environment provisioning solution design and implementation strategy, with a focus on automation and efficiency.

In 2016, Jay K. moved to MadForChili.com as a Cloud Engineer. Jay worked with technologies such as AWS EC2, Apache, MySQL, PHP, and DNS, as well as Azure cloud. Jay also gained experience in Wordpress and SSL certificate management.

In 2021, Jay K. joined LAB3 as a Cloud DevOps Engineer, where they worked until 2023. Jay'sresponsibilities in this role included DevOps and cloud engineering tasks.

Currently, Jay K. is working as a DevOps Engineer at UniSuper, starting in 2023. No end date has been provided for this role.

Jay K. completed their education at Monash University from 2003 to 2007, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Systems with a specialization in Information Technology. Additionally, they have received several certifications. In November 2020, they obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft. In February 2020, they acquired the "Scrum Master Certified (SMC)" certification from VMEdu Inc. Furthermore, in July 2020, they achieved the "Sumo Logic Fundamentals Certified" certification from Sumo Logic. Lastly, in September 2022, they attained the "CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer" certification from The Linux Foundation.
