Kathleen Ayris

Kathleen Ayris is an experienced Event Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale, complex multi-day events across major financial institutions. Currently employed at UniSuper since January 2020, Kathleen previously held similar roles at Westpac Group and National Australia Bank, where responsibilities involved end-to-end project management, event strategic alignment, risk management, budget oversight, and post-event analysis. With a foundation in project management at MLC Australia, Kathleen has successfully organized diverse events including conferences, conventions, and professional development roadshows, all while navigating complex regulatory environments. Kathleen holds a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science with a major in Psychology and Statistics from Victoria University.
