Lyndon Horsburgh has a solid work experience record. Lyndon began their career in 2009 as a Team Leader at Origin Energy, where they worked until 2010. Lyndon then joined Health Super as a Correspondence Administrator, staying in the role until 2012. In 2012, Horsburgh joined UniSuper, initially as a Communications Consultant, and later as a Senior Communications Consultant.
