Nischal Kasuladev

Nischal Kasuladev has a diverse work experience in various roles related to release management, change management, incident management, and network operations.

Nischal currently works at UniSuper as a Release and Transition Analyst from August 2022. Previously, they worked at National Australia Bank, starting in March 2014. At National Australia Bank, they held multiple roles including IT Release, Change Manager, and Incident Manager from December 2018 to July 2022. Before that, they worked as an IT Change and Major Incident Manager from November 2016 to November 2018, and as a Major Incident Manager from March 2014 to October 2016.

Prior to their time at National Australia Bank, Nischal worked at Wipro Limited as a Major Incident and Change Manager from March 2012 to February 2014. Nischal also worked at Philips as a SAP Incident Manager from June 2010 to February 2012, and at NetEnrich, Inc. as a Network Operations Center Engineer from September 2008 to February 2010.

Nischal Kasuladev completed a Diploma in Cyber Law from the University of Hyderabad from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Marketing from The ICFAI University in Dehradun from 2005 to 2007. In 2001, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Nischal also holds several additional certifications, such as ICAgile Certified Professional, ITIL 4 Foundation, PSM I (Scrum.org), ITIL Service Operation, CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORK ASSOCIATE, ITIL v3 Foundation, and Microsoft Certified Professional, obtained at various points between 2009 and 2023.
