Norma Pezikian

Norma Pezikian has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Norma currently holds a managerial role at UniSuper, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Colonial First State from 2021 to 2023. In 2020, they worked as a Project Director at Equity Trustees, where they managed trustee transitions and various project processes.

From 2017 to 2019, Norma was a Program Director at Freedom Insurance, overseeing program management. Norma also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Perpetuity Capital Pty Limited from 2012 to 2017, handling operational activities such as financial and compliance management.

Norma's earlier experience includes serving as a Program Manager at NobleOak Life Limited from 2011 to 2012, where they introduced formal project methodology and managed product development programs.
