Quality Test Engineer at UniSuper

Phuong Phan has a diverse work experience, starting with UniSuper in 2018. They began as a Data Validation Restorations Analyst, responsible for validating and restoring data. They then moved on to become an Issue Resolution Analyst, coordinating the resolution of issues within the company. Later, they took on the role of Workstream Coordinator, managing various workstreams. Currently, Phuong holds the position of Quality Test Engineer at UniSuper.

Before joining UniSuper, Phuong worked at Mercer, where they held multiple roles over the course of several years. They started as a Central Administrator - Peer Reviewer and then progressed to become a Client Fund Administrator. They later became a Senior Client Fund Administrator, responsible for managing client funds. Phuong then transitioned to a Support Administration Analyst role, providing administrative support. Their final role at Mercer was as an Administration Analyst. Overall, Phuong Phan has gained extensive experience in administration, client fund management, and issue resolution throughout their career.

Phuong Phan attended Swinburne University of Technology from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Accounting. In June 2019, they obtained a certification in SQL Essentials from Dynamic Web Training Pty Ltd.
