Stephanie Bell is the Customer Experience Lead at Uniswap Labs. Stephanie has over 10 years of experience in customer success and technical support. Stephanie started their career at Cultec Inc as a Technical Specialist. There, they were responsible for all aspects of the post-sale customer lifecycle, including generating customized designs and providing technical support for underground stormwater systems and conveyance solutions that fit federal, state, and local requirements. Stephanie then went on to work as a Senior Onboarding Specialist at Handshake (acquired by Shopify), where they identified solutions to resolve customer technical support issues and developed and implemented customized plans to ensure customers meet or exceed identified success metrics. Stephanie also served as a product expert to internal and external teams and created and conducted virtual personalized onboarding sessions, implementations, and webinars, as well as on-site trainings and workshops for strategic accounts to launch their eCommerce platforms. Stephanie is now the Customer Experience Lead at Uniswap Labs, where they are responsible for managing the customer experience team and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the product.

Stephanie Bell has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Interior Design from Paier College. Stephanie also has certifications from Harvard Business School Online in Leading with Finance, Winning by Design in Revenue Architecture - Pavilion, and Pavilion in CRO School.
