David Dean

David Dean has extensive experience in engineering and software development, currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Unisys since January 1981, where responsibilities include leading system software design and developing networking protocols, particularly TCP/IP and IPv6. Prior to this role, David Dean was a Systems Representative at Burroughs, Inc. from January 1981 to June 1989, focusing on the design, implementation, and testing of custom software features. David Dean's career began as a Programmer intern at FMC from June 1979 to December 1980, where a project tracking software package was developed. David Dean holds a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed between 1975 and 1980.
