Jefferson Smullin

Jefferson Smullin currently serves as the Senior Director of Product and Services at Unisys, beginning in September 2023. Prior to this role, Jefferson held various positions at IBM from August 2017 to October 2023, including Automation Practice Associate Partner and NA Head of Delivery Excellence for IBM Automation, where responsibilities encompassed automation strategy, solution design, and project management. From December 2015 to August 2017, Jefferson was the Director of the Enterprise Automation Center of Excellence at Sutherland, overseeing a global team that focused on business process transformation utilizing robotics process automation across several industries. Jefferson's earlier experience includes serving as Transition Program Manager and Process Engineer/Project Manager at Dell from September 2003 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing large-scale transitions and overseeing business process innovation across various operational areas.
