Despina Koutoglou

Despina Koutoglou has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Despina currently works at Uni Systems as a Project Management professional and Business Consultant/RPA Developer. Prior to this, they worked at Generali Hellas, where they held positions as a Robotic Process Automation Specialist and Business Analyst. In their role as a Business Analyst, they performed data-driven analysis tasks and monitored key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness and performance of strategic decisions. Despina also has experience working at Trust-IT Security Intelligence as a Network Engineer, where they deployed IDS and established security policies, as well as expanded networking between branches. Despina started their career at HELLENIC PETROLEUM Group of Companies as a Junior Network Engineer, where they gained experience in monitoring and maintaining networks and systems.

Despina Koutoglou's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Techno-economic Management of Telecommunication Systems from the University of Piraeus, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Digital Systems at the University of Piraeus from 2002 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Despina has obtained several certifications. Despina is a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2022. Despina is also a UiPath Certified RPA Associate v1.0 from UiPath, obtained in November 2021. In March 2017, they completed the Commercial Consciousness certification from Linkage, Inc., as well as a Leadership Academy workshop from the same institution. Furthermore, Despina holds CCNA Certifications in Networking Security and Routing and Switching from Cisco, achieved in May 2015 and March 2015, respectively.
