Dimitris Kefaloukos

Dimitris Kefaloukos has a diverse work experience with positions in various companies. Dimitris is currently working at Uni Systems as a Professional Services Engineer since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at WIND Hellas as a CPE Engineer from February 2020 to March 2022. In this role, they handled the lifecycle of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) through firmware upgrades, troubleshooted and resolved customer complaints, and participated in the identification and resolution of software defects. Before WIND Hellas, they worked at BestPrice.gr as a Technical Support from January 2019 to February 2020, and at Konitsiotis S.A. as a sales and communication specialist from May 2018 to December 2018. Dimitris also had an internship at COSMOTE Mobile Telecommunications S.A. from September 2017 to March 2018.

Dimitris Kefaloukos has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. Additionally, they pursued Erasmus studies in Information Technology at the Brno University of Technology from 2016 to 2017. Dimitris has also obtained certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 from Microsoft in August 2022, and Understanding of Cisco Network Devices as well as Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco in February 2020.
