Evangelos Poulios

Evangelos Poulios has a diverse work experience that spans both the private and public sector. Evangelos began their career in 2014 as an Electrical Engineer at the Hellenic Air Force (HAF), where they held multiple roles over the years. As an Engineer of Quality Assurance Office, they provided leadership and guidance to maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient and effective work procedures. In their role as an Organizational Level Mechanic, they oversaw mechanic and electrical operations on Flight Control Systems, including installation and maintenance of equipment. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, they supervised daily operations on aircraft, ensuring compliance with inspection instructions and quality management systems. In 2022, they transitioned to Uni Systems as a Junior Software Engineer, showcasing their adaptability and willingness to explore new career paths.

Evangelos Poulios holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Patras, with a completion year of 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Hellenic Air Force Academy in Athens, Greece, with a completion year of 2014. Evangelos also completed a program in IT Skills Proficiency at the University of Cambridge in 2008, focusing on Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, and FrontPage.

In terms of additional certifications, Evangelos has completed several programs and courses. This includes a 112-hour program in Java and Spring Academy, powered by Accenture, at Code.Hub, which they obtained in April 2022. Evangelos also completed a 60-hour program on the Mind the <code> Java Framework, powered by kariera.gr, at Coding School, in January 2022. Additionally, Evangelos completed a course on creating chatbots with Rasa and Python on Coursera in September 2020. Evangelos has also completed a Learn JavaScript Course on Codecademy in August 2019 and a Python Programming course on Udemy in July 2019. Aside from technical certifications, they hold a Certificate of Proficiency in English from Michigan State University, obtained in December 2015. Finally, they have an IT Skills Proficiency certification from the University of Cambridge, earned in August 2008.
