George Skapetis

George Skapetis has held various roles in the field of quality assurance and software testing. George began their career in 2007 as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Bytemobile, where they developed and executed test plans and investigated and verified bug reports. George then moved on to Unify in 2012 as a Quality Assurance System Test Engineer, focusing on regression and agile testing. In 2015, Skapetis joined ChannelVAS as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Team Leader, where they took on additional responsibilities such as setting up testing procedures, developing automation suites, and integrating third-party technologies. Most recently, in 2021, Skapetis joined Uni Systems as a Principal Software Test Engineer.

George Skapetis attended the University of Ioannina from 2001 to 2006, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. George then pursued further education at the University of Patras from 2006 to 2010, earning a Master of Science degree in Informatics For Life Sciences. Additionally, in June 2017, they obtained a Foundation Level Certificate in Software Testing from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Most recently, in April 2022, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
