Ioannis Tsaprounis has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ioannis started their career in 2010 as a Field Service Engineer at 24 PC, where they collaborated with multiple telecommunication providers and installed network equipment. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at hellas online, first as a Technical Support Representative, solving customer telecommunication service malfunctions, and later as a Corporate Provisioning Officer, handling fixed line business service requests. In 2016, Tsaprounis joined Vodafone as a Fixed & ICT Product Delivery Engineer, responsible for project management and delivering high-value services. In 2020, they joined INTRASOFT International as a Project Management Officer, involved in European Commission projects, coordinating activities with internal and external partners, and monitoring project progress. Currently, Tsaprounis works at Uni Systems as a Project Manager, starting in 2023.

In 2002, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Sussex, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
