Laurentiu MacOvei

Laurentiu Macovei has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Laurentiu currently holds the position of CTO at UniSystems since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked at the European Union Agency for Railways and Computer Resources International Group SA, where they held various roles such as IT Consultant, Application Administrator, Solution Architect, Full Stack Developer, and Lead Software Architect.

In 2016, Laurentiu co-founded and served as CEO of Adaptabi. Earlier in their career, they worked at DotNetWise as a Software Architect, Business Analyst, Developer, and Software Consultant. Laurentiu began their professional journey at Inw, where they were involved in analyzing customer needs, creating design packages, and developing unit tests. Laurentiu also gained experience as a Junior Programmer at Romedchim, specializing in .NET applications and technical documentation.

Laurentiu Macovei earned their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași. Laurentiu attended the university from 2001 to 2005.
