Shannon Tierney is an experienced project and customer success manager with a comprehensive background in technology and client engagement. Currently at Unit since May 2022, Shannon has held dual roles as Project Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes onboarding and implementation at NewsWhip from May 2020 to January 2022, and serving as Senior Customer Success Manager at Relay Delivery, which provides a technology platform to streamline delivery for restaurants. Shannon was a Project Manager at CultureIQ from April 2016 to January 2019, where expertise included enhancing company culture through data-driven insights. Earlier experience includes overseeing order management functions at Poppin from December 2014 to March 2016. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Sociology from Fordham University.
