Yael Rimon

Yael Rimon currently serves as the Head of People USA at Unit, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this, Yael was the VP of HR at Oversee (formerly FairFly) from January 2023 to August 2025, where the focus was on optimizing travel technology through machine learning. Earlier experience includes five years as VP of Human Resources at Jolt.io, overseeing HR strategy and operations alongside a team of professionals. Yael's background also features roles in HR management and vocational consulting, with a commitment to employee engagement and operational excellence across various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Reichman University and participation in the QUATRO Leadership Lab.
