Erik de Sterck

Erik De Sterck is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Analysis & HFC Projects Manager at Solutions30 Belgium since February 2022, Erik leads analysis and program delivery for network upgrade initiatives. From July 2018 onward, Erik has held multiple management roles at Unit-T, including Manager Intake, Analyse & HFC Projects, overseeing task inflow and HFC network maintenance, and Manager Energy / HFC SDE, where responsibilities included establishing and expanding electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Previous experience includes positions at Telenet and Electrabel, where Erik focused on HFC network operations and technician training. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende and has a solid educational background in mathematics and sciences.
