Markjoseph T. has a strong background in the food service industry, starting with their role as a Server at Chili's from 2010 to 2015. During this time, they provided excellent customer service, answered questions about the menu, and collaborated with the team to enhance the overall customer experience. Markjoseph then worked as a Server at True Food Kitchen from 2017 to 2018, where they took food orders, monitored food distribution, and ensured special dietary guidelines were followed.

In 2018, Markjoseph joined TGI Fridays as a Bartender, where they served over 100 patrons each weekend and excelled in multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment. Finally, in 2023, they joined Unit21 as a Business Development Representative, further expanding their experience in business development.
