Carolin Beck

Carolin Beck is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people experience and business partnering. Currently serving as Director of People Experience Business Partnering at Unit4 since April 2022, Carolin has also held the roles of Senior HR Business Partner for Global Business Partnering in Product & Engineering as well as Regional HR Business Partner for the DACH region. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner at MD ELEKTRONIK GmbH and various positions in HR management and talent acquisition at Robert Half, Cisco, Siemens, and Kelly Services. Carolin holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from SRH Riedlingen and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Zeppelin University.
