Dan Pink

Dan Pink is an accomplished professional in human resources and transformation, currently serving as VP Global Transformation and VP, Global People Experience Business Partnering at Unit4 since January 2023. Prior to this role, Dan held various leadership positions at Jaguar Land Rover from May 2017 to January 2023, including Human Resources Director for the JLR & Tata Group Battery Program and Head of HR. Experience also includes a Senior HR Business Partner role at Walgreens Boots Alliance from July 2015 to May 2017, and serving as Head of Talent & Performance for UK&I and EMEA at Experian between September 2008 and July 2015. Dan Pink holds a CIPD degree from Nottingham Trent University (2011-2013) and attended Keele University from 2003 to 2005.
