Eduard Birk

Eduard Birk has extensive experience in managing ERP practices and technical consulting, currently serving as the Global Head of Technical Team within Unit4 since August 2008. Birk oversees the ERP practice for the DACH region, focusing on project delivery, business development, and team leadership while developing effective strategies for the market. Previous roles include Team Lead Technical Consulting & Bespoke, Principal Consultant, and ERP Senior Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams, delivering customized solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Prior to Unit4, Birk was a Partner and Project Manager at Form-Solutions, where project management and developing integrated software solutions were key responsibilities. Birk holds a Diplom-Verwaltungswirt (FH) in Public Management with a focus on business informatics from Fachhochschule Kehl.
