Erik Bontekoe

Erik Bontekoe is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in customer success and professional services, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Unit4 since January 2002. Erik drives the next-generation customer experience through innovation by leveraging technology, people, and processes, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement. Throughout Erik's career at Unit4, roles have included Global Head of Practice, VP of ERP Practice for EMEA, and Director of ERP Practice for EMEA, among others, showcasing extensive leadership in implementing global products in the Benelux. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Manager at Ericsson from September 1999 to December 2001. Erik holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, attained between 1994 and 2001.
