Grzegorz Sobański

Grzegorz Sobański has been a key member of Unit4 since February 2005, currently serving as Developer Experience Director, Engineering Director, and CTO Head of DevOps Practices. Grzegorz has significantly contributed to ERP Cloud transformation and the unification of organizational strategies toward continuous delivery and DevOps culture, supporting 50+ scrum teams. Prior roles include Senior Technical Engineering Manager, where Grzegorz built technical domains and a DevOps culture, and Deputy R&D Director, overseeing local R&D and project deliveries. Earlier experience as a Program Manager, Business Analyst, Designer, and Developer involved improving SCRUM methodologies, managing development processes, and developing framework features, culminating in leadership in training and recruitment. Grzegorz holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
