Jodi MacMillan

Jodi MacMillan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Customer Success Manager at Unit4 since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jodi held various positions at Symfact, a Scanmarket company, from November 2017 to October 2022, excelling as a Project Manager. Jodi's career also includes significant contributions at SciQuest, now known as Jaggaer, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Solution Consultant to Manager of Client Support and Services between August 2012 and November 2017. Jodi's earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Client Solutions at Upside Software from November 2006 to August 2012. Jodi holds a CST Diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 2004 and 2006.
