Mark Fairbrother

Mark Fairbrother is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and research and development. Currently serving as EVP Engineering at Unit4 since September 2025, Mark has previously held senior roles including EVP R&D at Axway, Chief Technology Officer at AccessPay, and VP Product Development at Sage. Mark's career also includes significant positions at ADP as Senior Director of R&D/Product, CDK Global as R&D Director, and Avaya as Director of EMEA In-Region R&D. Early roles included Project Manager at Nokia Bell Labs and Strategic Product Planner at Nortel Networks. Mark holds a BEng in Communication Systems Engineering from Leeds Beckett University, completed in 1996, and attended the University of Leeds in 1992-1993.
