Robin Mathar

Robin Mathar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in driving customer success and transformation in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Buyer Enablement & Experts at Unit4 since January 2023, Robin is leading efforts to shift from a legacy ERP vendor to a true SaaS company, managing four global teams focused on various operational areas. Previously, as the Head of Solution Consulting DACH, Robin successfully navigated deals and enhanced the buyer journey in the DACH region. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Customer Success at weclapp SE, where Robin developed automated customer journeys and health score metrics. A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management was obtained from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and E-Business from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz.
