Faith Mangwanya

Faith Mangwanya currently serves as a Programme Officer for Regional Manufacturing at Unitaid, starting in January 2024. Previously, Faith held key roles at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH as Technical Team Lead and Technical Advisor from July 2021 to January 2024, and worked as a Business Development Consultant while self-employed between January 2018 and June 2021, focusing on local manufacturing projects. Faith also has experience as a Microfluidics Platform Research Assistant at Dublin City University and as an Engineering Trainee at Diagnostics for the Real World. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Medical Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Liverpool and a postgraduate degree in Process Validation and Regulatory Affairs of Medical Devices from the Technological University of the Shannon.
